All financial transactions on the 709 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to the user themselves.
- Deposits are final once credited to your 709 account and cannot be reversed except under circumstances specified by the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claim.
